Emerson is accosted by a woman who believes he is her lover from a previous life. Because OF COURSE he does. It's hysterical. 10/10.
Basically, if this book had a step counter, it would be quite high.
There was no sign of rain, the sun was out and shining so warmly you could almost believe it wasn't autumn at all.
